Spring Plant Sale

Each May, Rye Driftwood Garden Club holds its buzzed-about Plant Sale for just two days. This sale is a great opportunity to stock up your garden with healthy, local plants. Our garden club members generously share from their own gardens, so you know you are getting plants that can tough it out here in New England.

Many local businesses support RDGC's sale with donations of plants, garden-related items and business services such as restaurant gift certificates, hair services, discounts at bookstores, nurseries, and local shops, gardening supply baskets, and much more!

The club accepts cash and checks (no credit cards). All proceeds support our community gardens, student scholarships, landscaping grants and terrific club programs.

Our Plant Sale Has Something for Everyone!

Members’ gardens are bursting with perennials, and the Club has been busy digging, dividing, and potting up hundreds of healthy, local plants. In addition, local area nurseries generously contribute beautiful plants.

Proceeds are used to support RDGC’s monthly speakers’ programs and giving-back projects. The Club supports the study of horticulture and the environment with scholarships to area schools and educational nonprofits.  It also provides landscaping grants to local organizations and maintains multiple garden spots throughout Rye.

For over 20 years, gardeners in the Seacoast and beyond look forward to this special sale, so be sure to come early for the best selection!!
